I spent days looking for a place to come and remember Mum a year on, whilst also trying to find some peace and clarity from the daily stress of life and when we came across Benchwood House I knew it was right and we had to come. The cottage is absolutely stunning, very well equiped, beautiful grounds that blend in with the natural surroundings and the most amazing views. There is so much to this property to enjoy, with many areas to explore, finding something new each day and plenty of outdoor seating. Loved every minute of our stay. "We spent a very relaxing week in this lovely holiday home. The house is beautiful and we arrived to a warm welcome from the owners, including a thoughtful welcome hamper in the kitchen. It's the perfect place for country walks, peace and quiet and lots of rest and relaxation. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable and the views from the house are stunning. Highly recommended. "
